10:00-10:10 Silent break
10:10-10:40 Centering Prayer
10:40-11:00 Silent Break
11:00-11:30 Centering Prayer with both groups
11:30-12:00 Socializing and Clean-up
BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:30 AND 11:30 THERE WILL BE SILENCE. Those needing instruction leave for separate room. Those receiving instruction will, of course, not be silent, but will have the chance to ask questions, and will have a Centering Prayer session. They will join the main group at 10:40.
People may come for part of the morning; it helps if they will time arrival and departure times to coincide with break times: 10:00-10:10 and 10:40-11:00. While we are centering, we request as silent an entry as possible.
